In this class, we will connect with each other in a safe way by taking time to go inside, journal, and have a brief sharing. Then I will offer a brief teaching about how to begin using finger puppets in IFS sessions. We will then have a ‘watch party’ where we watch an hour-long, complete IFS session using finger puppets with a complete IFS beginner. While watching the session, you are invited to journal both the parts of you which are triggered or inspired, as well as parts who have questions about IFS techniques. Then we will have time after the video for a thorough Q & A about the IFS methods I used in the session, as well as sharing about what came up personally related to the themes in the session.
