Posture: Keep 60% of weight on your calcaneus, 40% on the bones of the arch of front of foot. There are mobility bones and stability bones; don’t confuse them, or you’ll hurt them. One of the ten series in Rolfing taught me this lesson experientially; hearing this brought the lesson back and re-presenced it in my body more deeply.

Reminder to breathe in the belly. Great description of how the core of the body functions like the core of an apple, with the diaphragm above, the pelvic floor below. Helped activate my solar plexus in a new way, as a kind of energy lid that pushes energy down into my core chakra and keeps/holds it down there.
Podcast: Better Health Guy #157: The Survival Paradox with Dr. Isaac Eliaz
Lately I’ve been interested in modified citrus pectin so I’m listening to Dr. Eliaz every chance I get. I read 2 chapters of his book “The Survival Paradox” and don’t feel like I have much of a feel for galectin-3. But I feel drawn to trying Pectasol-C, so I’ll keep listening to him. He really stresses the importance of mind-body approaches and I like his energy so I’ll keep learning from him.
