My Liver Flush Protocol — Flush #25, Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021
Modified Andreas Moritz Protocol from “The Amazing Liver and gallbladder flush” book
Twice a day since Tuesday: 2.5 grams of malic acid. Lately I’ve been adding it to very thick rose hips tea (I fill the beaker up to about the 150 mL line with rose hips, then steep it, so the resulting tea is VERY strong). The reason for adding it to the tea, is it burns the back of my throat when I take it with water.
My teeth started hurting on Thursday. I thought I had a cavity, then realized it was the malic acid. I reminded myself to make sure to drink it with a straw again!
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: added 1-2 droppers of orthophos (phosphoric acid) into the malic acid
Flush Day
6-7 am: 1 liter of herbal tea with lemon. Rose hips, chanca piedra, and my hibiscus - astragalus blend. I used 2 heaping tablespoons of chanca piedra today.
7-9 am: 2 coffee enemas. One to clean out, one to hold for 15 min. SA Wilson Coffee.
9 am: 1 heaping tsp malic acid + 2 droppers phosphoric acid in rose hips tea, using a straw.
10:15-11:15 am: massive steamed vegetable breakfast. 100 g broccoli, 100 g yellow squash, 100 g brussels sprouts, 10 g burdock, 40 g turnip, 100 g red cabbage, 200 grams acorn squash, 100 grams delicata squash, and the most delicious, 150 grams kabocha squash YUM. Tons of Real salt. No oil of any kind. 3 HCL pills to help digestion. No food after 11 am. No drinks from 11 am until after colonic.
Note: brussels sprouts and cabbage made me gassy, which made the colonic slightly uncomfortable. So next flush, NO brussels sprouts or red cabbage. I’ll eat more broccoli and kabocha squash instead. Ideal breakfast next time:
200 g broccoli
100 g yellow squash
10 g burdock
100 g turnip or rutabaga
200 g acorn squash
100 g delicata squash
200 g kabocha squash
www.b12oils.com protocol — 1/4 tsp b2 with breakfast, and also 8 drops transdermal I/Se/Mo oil, 2 squirts transdermal b12 oil, 10 drops transdermal Vitamin D
2-3:30 pm colonic (5 fills).
3:45 pm 8 oz rose hips tea. Due to not drinking prior to colonic, I try to stay as hydrated as possible afterwards, while not diluting the epsom salt drinks.
4 pm 1 tablespoon Epsom Salt in 6 oz filtered water. I heated up the water. It helped the Epsom dissolve but tasted worse than usual despite using a straw. Chased it with a tsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice.
5 pm
6 pm 1 tablespoon Epsom salt in 6 oz filtered water
6:45 pm organic castor oil on belly, wrapped in organic cotton until 7:30 pm
8 pm drink 7 ounces grapefruit juice (squeezed around 5 pm), 5 ounces Tassos Organic Olive Oil from a newly-opened bottle. (I’m superstitious and ALWAYS use a new bottle of olive oil for my flush!) Lay down immediately propped up on pillows.
during the night: 1 teaspoon of Quicksilver UltraBinder Activated Charcoal
around 4:30 am: 1 tablespoon Epsom Salt in 6 oz filtered water
around 6:30 am: 1 tablespoon Epsom Salt in 6 oz filtered water
around 6:45 am: Coffee enema
